YUMA, AZ (AZFamily) – A man accused of a double homicide in California is now in custody after he was identified during a traffic stop in Yuma on Monday. Police say 43-year-old Danny Garibay will be extradited to California to face charges in the deaths of Evangelina Ybarra and Ramon Lopez in the city of Atwater in Oct. 2023.
