HORSHAM – A pedestrian was killed Friday night after being struck by a vehicle on the border of Bucks and Montgomery counties. Horsham Police Chief Scott Fida said in a statement a person was hit in the 300 block of County Line Road in Horsham between Henry Avenue and Norristown Road around 7:30 p.m. Several people were administering CPR to the struck individual as police and first responders arrived.
