SPARTANBURG, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Spartanburg Police Department reports that a man sitting in his vehicle was injured in a drive-by shooting. According to officers, the victim said he was going to buy a plate of food on Sunday on Caulder Avenue when a gold-colored vehicle drove by while he was texting in his vehicle.
