Oregon troopers help wrangle loose cow on I-84

HOOD RIVER, Ore. (KPTV) – A loose cow on Interstate 84 caused a little chaos for Oregon State Police troopers last week. On New Year’s Day, state troopers responded to calls after a cow was spotting running on I-84 near Hood River. OSP says the 4-H cow had broken free after jumping over a 5-foot fence in Washington a few days prior.
