ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – The University of Georgia student injured in the attack on Bourbon Street shared an emotional post on social media over the weekend. Her family told Atlanta News First that 19-year-old Elle Eisele was ringing in the new year with her best friend when a man plowed through the crowd in a pick-up truck and then opened fire. The attack left 14 people dead and dozens more injured.
