PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – One year after a historic storm sent a tree through a family’s roof in Southwest Portland, they are finally returning home as repairs wrap up. Early 2023, a historic wind and ice storm knocked down hundreds of trees across the Portland region, blocking roads and damaging homes.
