ASHEVILLE, N.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Buncombe County District Attorney’s Office said a man plead guilty to charges stemming from a road rage shooting in 2023. The incident happened on Patton Avenue. Officers arrived on scene to find a man who had been shot in the hip and Levi Michael was arrested.
