CLIVE, Iowa – Almost a week after a drawing that solidified a central Iowa man’s Lucky for Life ticket was a winner, he realized what he had won: $25,000 a year for life. However, the Iowa Lottery said Brandon Richey of Dallas Center instead chose the lump sum of $390,000.
