WILMINGTON, DE – The Delaware State Police have arrested a Wilmington man in connection with an alleged robbery at a Citizens Bank on Saturday morning. The incident occurred on January 4, 2025, at approximately 10:05 a.m. Police responded to the Citizens Bank located at 1620 Marsh Road, following reports of a robbery. According to investigators, the suspect, identified as 65-year-old Gregory Collins, allegedly approached a bank teller and demanded money while using an unknown object concealed under his shirt in a manner perceived as threatening.
