RALEIGH, N.C. (WBTV) – A man was arrested after he allegedly broke in and set a fire inside an apartment at North Carolina State University this week. Court documents show that the man, 33-year-old Zachary Kyle Watkins, broke into the apartment in Chowan Hall on Ligon Street around 1 a.m. Monday, Jan. 6. Two girls were sleeping when Watkins entered.
