Clottee Hammons, author of”Jelani’s Search For The Perfect Life-Saving Energy,” joined “Arizona Horizon,” to discuss more about her newly released book. Hammons is a Phoenix writer, poet, artist and activist known for raising awareness of Black history and culture. She is also the founder and creative director of Emancipation Arts, a nonprofit dedicated to raising the profile of Black artists and honoring the contributions of people of African descent and enslaved ancestors.
