HOUSTON – The cold temperatures Houstonians are experiencing right now can be dangerous and authorities are even blaming the weather for someone’s death. METRO Police said a person died due to the low temperatures, adding that their body was found around 7:30 a.m. Monday at a bus stop in the East End, near Canal Street and North Cesar Chavez Boulevard.
