NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WMBF) – A woman is accused of driving under the influence while leading police on a high-speed chase in North Myrtle Beach over the weekend. Records show 34-year-old Shantrise Pointer was arrested after that pursuit ended in a crash early Saturday. Pointer is charged with driving under the influence as well as failing to stop for blue lights and habitual traffic offenses.
