ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. — The 30-year-old man accused of killing his girlfriend last week at an Escambia County apartment complex has been extradited back to Northwest Florida. Charles Carson-Dowdy was booked into Escambia County Jail Tuesday at 11:23 a.m. after being held in Baldwin County Jail since Friday. He’s charged with 2nd-degree murder and is being held without bond.
