Riverside Fire Department, Cal Fire Riverside, and California Highway Patrol responded to an overturned vehicle on the freeway. When units arrived on the scene, they found one vehicle with major damage and one person inside the vehicle trapped. Firefighters quickly began extrication of the patient who was in full arrest.
