ALTOONA, Iowa – The Altoona Police Department is asking the public for help locating a suspect in a retail theft case, officials said in a Facebook post Tuesday afternoon. In the post, Altoona PD included photos of two necklaces which it is also working to locate, an image of the suspect and a photo of the vehicle he left the scene in.
