LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – The Lubbock Police Department is currently on scene of reports of a gunshot wound near 38th St. and Avenue Q. LPD says one person is moderately hurt after the shooting. LPD said the call was made near the area of the 3200 block on Avenue Q before 7:30 p.m.
