Police were called to the establishment around 7:30 p.m. While Chase was no longer on scene, the reported victim claimed he was assaulted by Todd Chrisley’s middle child after he was asked repeatedly to leave.

According to the manager, Chase was “really drunk” and had become “disrespectful and belligerent,” leading to the request. However, things reportedly only escalated after he refused to leave, and the reality star is said to have eventually slapped the manager in the face — twice.

He denied having any injuries as a result and reportedly refused medical attention, but he did file a report with law enforcement, according to the publication, which names Chase as a “simple assault” suspect. According to a Georgia-based criminal defense law firm founded by attorney Stephen G. Adkins , simple assault is typically a misdemeanor charge that can lead to a maximum of 12 months in jail, a maximum fine of $1,000, probation, community service, and/or anger management classes if convicted.
