PALM HARBOR, Fla. – A man died after an SUV hit him as he tried to cross a busy road in Pinellas County on Wednesday morning, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. What we know: Troopers responded shortly after 6:30 a.m. along the eastbound side of Tampa Rd. near U.S. 19 in Palm Harbor.
