TACOMA, Wash. – Two men accused of stealing an RV that was parked outside a gas station in Tacoma have been charged with theft. Prosecutors say David Anello and Jason Frack stole the trailer on Thanksgiving from a gas station on 64th and Pacific, then eventually abandoned it before it was sent to an impound lot.
