MANHATTAN, N.Y. (PIX11) – The holidays are officially over in New York City as the Rockefeller Center Christmas tree is set to come down soon.

It’s your last chance to see the tree before it goes dark after 10 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 11. After the lights are turned off, the removal process begins.

Things To Do Around NYC

The Norway spruce was cut down in Massachusetts and donated by the Albert family.

The tree will be milled into lumber and donated to Habitat for Humanity.
