BEDFORD, Va. (WFXR) – The Bedford Police Department reports a woman has been arrested for allegedly breaking the arm of an infant at a daycare facility in November 2024. The police said that on November 26, 2024, a complaint was received stating that a five-month-old infant suffered a broken arm at the local daycare facility.
