However, 28 restaurants initially failed to meet standards, highlighting areas for improvement in the local food service industry.
Among the establishments cited, three stood out with 20 or more violations.
Aji Ceviche Bar Casselberry, located at 1436 Sr 436 Ste 1024 in Casselberry, topped the list with 24 violations, including 7 high-priority infractions, during a December 12, 2024 inspection.
Despite its 4.6-star rating on Google Reviews, the Peruvian restaurant received a warning and requires a follow-up inspection.
Meanwhile, 5th Element Indian Restaurant at 1133 Rinehart Rd in Sanford followed closely with 22 violations, including 3 high-priority issues, noted during a December 13, 2024 inspection. A follow-up inspection is needed to ensure compliance.
