Living in Florida means being spoiled for choice when it comes to dining out. For sports fans and casual diners, places like Miller’s Ale House have long been a go-to destination. Known for their hearty menu and lively atmosphere, the chain has built a reputation as a trusted eatery for locals and tourists alike. But recently, one of its most popular locations in Kissimmee came under scrutiny after a state inspection revealed 29 violations, sparking concerns among patrons.
A Florida Original
Miller’s Ale House has humble beginnings as a Florida-based chain. Starting with a single location in Jupiter in 1988, it has since grown into a national brand with over 100 restaurants across ten states. The chain is famous for its signature “Zingers,” boneless chicken tenders served in a variety of sauces, as well as burgers, steaks, and pasta.
The Kissimmee location, nestled along the bustling W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, is a hotspot for visitors exploring the Orlando area. With over 9,300 Google reviews and a 4.4-star rating, it’s no surprise that it’s a favorite among travelers and locals alike. Many rave about its friendly service and quality food, like prasad naik, who shared in a recent review:
“Visiting from Canada, this was our first restaurant we stopped at for dinner after having a horrible day at the airport.
They gave us a warm welcome and this place feels like home . The food is top notch and I would highly recommend chicken quesadillas and tacos here.
And of course, Christmas is around the corner so we also got to see a kick-ass Subaru dressed in Christmas that made our night!“
