YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) – A York man is facing charges following a deadly motorcycle crash troopers say stemmed from a road-rage incident. Ray Hacker, 31, was arraigned Wednesday on charges related to homicide by vehicle in connection to the crash on May 19, 2024, according to a news release from Pennsylvania State Police.
