WASHINGTON (7News) – Another cold and blustery day is on tap Thursday, with highs only in the upper 20s to mid-30s. Wind gusts to 35 mph will add an extra chill to the area. It will be another bitterly cold night with patchy ice redeveloping. The wind will gradually ease towards sunrise but plan for wind-chills in the low teens and single digits tonight.
