SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – An arrest has been made in a shooting that happened on Waters Avenue. According to Savannah Police, 32-year-old Leonard Cooper is being charged with aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and receipt, possession or transport of a firearm by a convicted felon.
