KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Rural Metro Fire said two people appeared to be seriously injured after a serious, multi-vehicle crash in East Knox County Thursday afternoon.
It said on social media that crews responded to the crash at around 3:30 p.m., at the intersection of Millertown Pike and Shipe Road. Two people had to be extricated from their vehicles and were taken to a trauma center with “what appeared to be serious injuries.”…
