BURLINGTON, N.C. — A fire that broke out at a home on Vaughn Road in Burlington caused over $10,000 dollars in damage, according to the Burlington Fire Department.
Firefighters responded to the home around 9:30 a.m. Friday morning and were able to get the blaze under control in approximately 10 minutes. There were no occupants inside the home at the time of the fire.
The Burlington Fire Department said the fire caused $10,000 in estimated damages to the structure and $500 to its contents. The BFD was assisted by the Burlington Police Department, Alamance County EMS, Duke Energy and Piedmont Natural Gas during the incident…
