Outreach workers and personnel from several San Bernardino city agencies Thursday removed an encampment from an alley near Baseline Street, officials announced.
The encampment was near the intersection of Baseline and D streets, adjacent to a commercial center that once included a Smart and Final grocery store, according to the city.
The removal is the fourth encampment cleanup following a federal court’s ruling in October that lifted an injunction against the city prohibiting cleanups. Previous encampment removals occurred at Perris Hill, Wildwood and Bobby Vega parks…
