After Allegedly Exposing Himself to a Teen, the Maine Circled Her Car in a Truck
Hanover Police say the 17-year-old victim was seated in her vehicle at approximately 10:00 Sunday morning when a white pickup truck pulled up next to her. She told authorities that she saw the man clearly staring at her before he eventually exited his truck and exposed himself to her. He then got back into his pickup and began to drive in circles around the victim’s vehicle. Police say eventually he pulled up next to the victim’s vehicle again and began honking his horn in an attempt to get her attention. When that didn’t work, she said, he drove away and parked in front of a nearby business…
