SAN JOSE, California — San Jose police have arrested a suspect and seized approximately 15 firearms, including an illegal AK-47, following a report of multiple negligent discharges of firearms last month.The San Jose Police Department conducted a follow-up investigation, identifying a suspect and obtaining warrants for their arrest and a search of their residence. With assistance from the Special Operations MERGE Unit, officers executed the search warrant, seizing the firearms, which included six lost or stolen guns and eight unregistered firearms.
