The National Weather Service in Fort Worth has issued a freezing fog advisory for portions of the North Texas area until 9 a.m. Saturday morning, Jan. 11.
The advisory comes after temperatures dipped back below freezing after a day of melting snow in the area. The alert includes Tarrant and Dallas counties and areas to the north and east of the Metroplex.
