New-to-Denton spots
Have you ever wanted to try a mochi doughnut? With the new Mochinut location at 3220 Teasley Lane, Suite 118, now is the perfect time. Originating from Hawaii, mochi doughnuts combine American doughnuts with Japanese mochi. They are made with rice flour, which creates a stretchy and chewy texture. Mochinut also offers Korean rice flour hotdogs, soft-serve and bubble tea drinks. More Mochinut locations can be found throughout Texas and many other states.
PBK architecture firm, the largest K-12 architecture firm in the country, is expanding service in North Texas with the addition of its new Denton office, which opened in December. Alongside the Dallas and Fort Worth offices, this office will serve educational institutions throughout the region. PBK has partnered with area school districts including Garland, Lewisville, Irving, Plano and Wylie. Some of PBK’s current projects include Texas Woman’s University’s Brackenridge Hall, continuous work with Little Elm ISD and the CTE Center at Irving ISD.
The new Texaco gas station, at 525 Eagle Drive, is also the newest location for Mexican food chain 24 Seven Tacos. The menu boasts an array of choices from tacos to Mexican street food and more. There are also multiple 24 Seven Tacos locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area…
