It’s the start of a brand new year and we already have one big restaurant that has closed its doors in Lubbock.
Just because its a new year doesn’t mean some switch is flipped and things magically improve for businesses. It was just last week when fans of Sprinkles Cupcakes were shocked by the news that they would soon be leaving Lubbock. And they were just here for over a year.
