True Minnesotans can embrace the cold while having a cocktail at Eagan’s Kitchen and Rail this weekend as the restaurant launches its Winter Ice Bar.
The seasonal offering will be open starting Saturday, Jan. 11, and will operate on Thursdays from 6 p.m. to close, Fridays from 6 p.m. to close, and Saturdays from 3 p.m. to close.
