Two people were hurt, two cars caught on fire and a Tacoma man is facing a vehicular assault charge for causing all of it, according to the Washington State Patrol.
About 3:10 a.m. Sunday, the 22-year-old, suspected of driving under the influence, was driving south in the carpool lane of the northbound lanes of state Route 167 at South 277th Street in King County.
