Lexington officials weigh-in on slippery sidewalk conditions

LEXINGTON, Ky. ( FOX 56 ) — Many sidewalks in Lexington are still covered in snow and ice, following last week’s winter storms, making walks difficult for residents.

Lexington road crews are working around the clock to plow major roads in the city. But the state of the sidewalks raises questions about how officials prioritize pedestrian safety in the winter.
