Indiana Red Cross volunteer to deploy to California to provide emergency response to wildfires

INDIANAPOLIS — An American Red Cross volunteer will deploy to California this week to assist those impacted by the destructive wildfires.

According to a news release, volunteer Toni Colter will depart for California to join the more than 350 volunteers already based in the West Coast state. Once she arrives, Colter will form part of the volunteer organization’s recovery planning team and assist with casework.
