Chattanooga braces for potholes post-winter storm, urges drivers to report issues

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — In the wake of last week’s winter weather, pot holes could be a problem, the City of Chattanooga says.

“When water freezes, it expands, and that opens up the cracks larger and larger to where finally you have the infrastructure fails,” Justin Strickland with the Department of Public Works said.
