WEBSTER PARISH, La. (KSLA) — Webster Parish’s sheriff wants the law changed in the wake of a mass shooting at a weekend bonfire that wounded six people.
“All six victims were shot by stray bullets; I’m sure they were not the intended target,” Sheriff Jason Parker said.
