Man sentenced to 80 years after admitting to raping three-year-old

BATON ROUGE — Jeremiah Jamal Crosby, 26, was recently sentenced by Judge Louise Hines to 80 years in behind bars after he was convicted of one count of sexual battery (of a child under the age of five), one count of production of pornography involving juveniles and eight counts of possession of pornography involving juveniles.

Crosby will not have the possibility of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence, according to the Attorney General’s Office.

On Feb. 7, 2024, the AG’s office says a search at Crosby’s home in Baton Rouge revealed videos of child pornography and videos of bestiality. When executing the search warrant, investigators say they met with Crosby, who agreed to speak to them regarding this investigation…
