SAN DIEGO — A vegetation fire broke out in Ramona early Tuesday morning. The fire is near Pamo Rd and West Haveford Rd.
Firefighters have stopped the forward rate of spread of the fire. The fire was initially reported at 10 acres, but CalFire released new information showing the fire burned a total of 3.5 acres, with one structure threatened.
