EAST POINT, Ga. — People gathered tonight in East Point to remember 17-year-old Kenneth Collier, Jr. after he was shot and killed on Thursday.
Cobb County Police Department (CCPD) reported responding to a shots-fired call at 8:22 p.m. at the Residence at Riverside Apartments, 360 Riverside Parkway, in Austell.
