WARWICK, R.I. (WLNE) — The Rhode Island SPCA is kicking off its annual Valentine’s Day fundraiser, following up a successful cat-centered campaign with something for the pups.
“Tearing Up My Heart” will see the RISPCA add the names of donor exes to a toy heart loaded with dogs treats.
These toys will be tossed to shelter dogs for them to rip apart on the behalf of donors…
