EUGENE, Ore. — A Eugene bank heist that lasted one minute has not ended well for Daniel Wayne Hall (42) who was sentenced to 12 years behind bars last Friday.
Hall pleaded guilty to robbing the Banner Bank on West Sixth Avenue on April 3 last year.
He Wore a Ski Mask and Armed with a Shotgun
Under the watchful eyes of surveillance cameras, Hall is seen entering the bank in a ski mask and armed with a shotgun with which he threatened bank employees and customers.
After being handed an undisclosed amount of cash, Hall fled the bank and a witness standing outside spotted his getaway car and tipped off the police. He was arrested on Highway 58 shortly afterward…
