Hollywood star Ben Affleck has had another encounter with law enforcement outside his home in Brentwood.
Days after a visit from the FBI and sheriff’s deputies, Affleck engaged in a heated discussion with police officers parked in front of his driveway.
In a video obtained by TMZ, Affleck is seen rolling down his window and expressing frustration to the officers. It’s unclear what sparked his anger, but it appeared to involve private security guards questioning his movements.
Affleck’s property is near the Palisades Fire, and while he was evacuated last week, his home is not in the mandatory evacuation zone. He reportedly told the police that the private security guards were giving him trouble.
The incident occurred amid heightened tensions in the area due to the fire and reports of looting in evacuated areas.
Prior to this encounter, Affleck’s home had been visited by FBI agents investigating a drone collision with a firefighting aircraft. The FBI probe reportedly did not target Affleck, and it’s unknown if he spoke to the agents.
