WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — North Carolina schools will be switching from PowerSchool, a state-mandated student information server after a data breach impacted several districts in the state.
The North Carolina Department of Public Instruction is having all districts move to a new server called Infinite Campus. The decision for the switch happened prior to the data breach.
