Day Shift January 15: Alpha Squad
25-000515- 5300 BLK Dupont Street- Disorder Prevention – A woman contacted police about being unfairly evicted by the other tenant of this property. She and her four children had rented a room from the current renter, who is an acknowledged mental health consumer. On this date, she stated the tenant slipped a piece of paper under the door to her room with a note telling her to vacate the property. Officers responded to the residence and spoke to the involved parties. The caller advised she would collect hers and her children’s belongings and voluntarily leave which she did. East Ridge Code Enforcement was contacted and responded to inspect the residence due to its dilapidated condition. ERCE advised they would follow up with the home’s owner…
