WOOD COUNTY, Ohio (WTVG) – Newly released body and dash cam footage shows a man shot and killed following a chase involving Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers.
According to a press release, the Defiance County Sheriff’s Office notified OHSP at 12:40 a.m. on Nov. 30, 2024, they were chasing a vehicle after the driver failed to stop for a traffic violation. Troopers joined the pursuit in the area of U.S. Route 24 and State Route 15 in Defiance County.
